JKC Selected for Goldman Sachs 10KSB Program

We are proud to announce that JK Creative has been selected to participate in Cohort 20 of the National Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business program which provides business education, support services and pathways to capital for growth-oriented entrepreneurs. Participants gain practical skill to take their business to the next level, with topics like financial statements, negotiations, and marketing. Participants develop an actionable growth plan for their business with the help of advisors and a network of like-minded entrepreneurs.

About the Goldman Sachs 10KSB Program

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses is an investment to help small businesses grow and create jobs by providing them with greater access to education, capital, and business support services. To date, more than 12,800  business owners have graduated from the program across all 50 states, Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico.

The 10,000 Small Businesses National Cohort is a 10-week program delivered online and culminating in a final 4-day, in-person session in New York. This 10-week business program provides small business owners with a practical business education focused on business growth; the program includes:

Practical Business Education

Designed by Babson College, the nation’s top-ranked entrepreneurship school, the 10,000 Small Businesses curriculum focuses on practical business skills that can immediately be applied by small business owners, including negotiation, marketing and employee management.

Access to Capital

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses partners with Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) and other mission-driven lenders to expand access to capital for small businesses. Through these partnerships, loans are available to qualifying small businesses that lack access to affordable capital or may not qualify for traditional sources of credit.

A Network of Support

Through the education program, participants will have opportunities to learn from other small business owners, receive expert advice from business professionals, get one-on-one business advising, and join a national network of entrepreneurs following graduation.
