ABOUT THE CLIENT

Greystar Real Estate Partners is an international real estate developer and manager based in the United States. As of April 2019, Greystar had $32 billion in gross assets under management. As of February 2019, Greystar manages more than 500,000 units/beds of apartment infrastructure in the United States.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Greystar approached us with a unique request. Contrary to their normal corporate style, they wanted a new look for a specific audience — college grads. The company was ready to launch a new initiative to attract top talent, freshly out of school. We developed the Greystar Grads Campaign to speak to this new target market with a more playful look. Collateral pieces developed included a printed booklet, customizable flyers, and post cards to be distributed at schools. A microsite was developed to capture interested applicants for the program. A Powerpoint template was also developed to use in recruitment presentations. This campaign successfully attracted numbers of new applicants for entry level career options.
