Helping Craft a New Local Experience: The Marketplace at Avalon Park

When we moved our headquarters to The 5th Floor earlier this year we were excited to be one of the first in the new Innovation Building. As construction continued we have been waiting in anticipation for a new addition on the First Floor: The Marketplace at Avalon Park. The Marketplace is an innovative food hall, general store, and event space in the heart of Avalon Park.

This new addition to East Orlando is a modern 7,500 SF space located at 3801 Avalon Park East Boulevard. There are ten different food companies to choose from as well as a cute little general store. There is indoor and outdoor seating for up to 200 guests. The space also provides a Gathering Kitchen and event space to rent as well.

Leading up to the Grand Opening the team at Avalon Park Group requested our help in planning and preparing for several opening events. A part of this project included creating branded collateral such as emails, social media graphics, and a printed Tasting Guide Booklet.

We love collaborating with other local companies and being able to work on the Marketplace and seeing it come to life was really fun. The official Grand Opening was September 18th and this new concept has been busy serving new guests everyday. The space looks beautiful and the quality of the food is great. Next time you visit the JKC offices make sure to make a make a stop at the Marketplace right downstairs. P.S. We are always looking for an excuse for a good drink or meal.
